BOARD LEADERSHIP & OPERATIONS COACHING

A powerful way to coach a group, for example your board of directors or your staff, is to do so while they are in action. The board leadership and operations support coaching offered by Gro(w)th Coaches is a very useful tool for the individuals engaged in the group work as well as the group itself.

We will design a specific observation and coaching package for your organization. For example, a typical engagement looks like this: I will meet with the client on several occasions, beginning with an initial observation session of the team in a regular meeting setting with a typical agenda of topics. I will make a series of recommendations based upon my observations and reflections and we will then design a coaching plan.

What follows is a series of your regular business meetings actually being coached to greater interaction and productivity, relying on the recommendations made following our initial observation session. Depending upon your needs, additional coaching support is offered for as long as needed as the team works to integrate new patterns of interacting and accomplishing tasks.
